CE5 is a term that stands for” Close Encounters Of The Fifth Kind” and was coined by Doctor Steven Greer who has been the driving force behind the “Disclosure project” which strives for the disclosure of any and all Extraterrestrial Files and information that has been kept secret by governments worldwide.

CE5 is what is called “Human Initiated Contact” in which humans take the first step into making contact with benevolent extraterrestrial life. This is being done trough specific techniques like Remote Viewing and Coherent Thought Sequencing (CTS).
On a regular basic people are conducting these specific CE5 meditations to make contact, and contact is more often than not being established.
